On Dec. 11, 2010, I left a note-above, about your remarks about “training to be a Sherpa”. Thanks for changing it. It really wasn’t a big deal, and my intention was to be more informative than anything else…..but now when I Google my name, this post comes up!!! Is there a way my note could be removed? If so, I’d appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

I came to your site looking for a gift for my nephew, a senior law student, who I have for my family’s Secret Santa, with a $50 limit. So your site is perfect for a situation such as mine. But under “students on a budget”, you have this bag for carrying books. In the description it says “unless you’re training to be a sherpa…..”.
I know that you innocently wrote that, but did you know that that can actually be offensive to people such as myself who have a person from Nepal in the family, or are of Nepali heritage.
Actually, people don’t train to be sherpas……they are born a Sherpa. Its one of the ethnic groups in Nepal. With more Sherpas immigrating to the West, I suppose that the odds of having one reading your website are also increasing. Who knew!

I still don’t know what to get Mike, because I don’t think he reads much, other than what he has to read, and I already gave him “Paper Chase” Did you know about the “Passing the Bar” game? Don’t know if its on your site or not, because I saw it somewhere else. Look for it if you don’t have it. But I doubt Mike would play that. Your site is a great idea though.
